This is a prominent mall in Cheras with over 220 established retail outlets, two exhibition halls  featuring the latest events, and a large capacity parking.

We installed our demand profiling system and provided services to liaise with TNB to optimize the energy bills, TNB commercial tariffs and TNB Maximum Demand (MD) charges for this building.

This resulted in a savings of up to RM 20,000 per month! Even 2 years on, the maximum demand recorded and its corresponding energy cost savings are still there to be seen.
