As engineer managers, we will measure the efficiency of your existing chillers, determine cooling capacity of the existing chillers, propose suitable replacement chillers, complete with return-on-investment calculations. Our goals are to provide our clients with a reliable hardware, long term servicing solutions and energy savings.

We offer services in chiller upgrades, retrofits, and installations. We ensure your commercial building maintains optimal temperature control with efficient and reliable cooling systems. We also offer solutions for chillers used in industries for process cooling.

Our partners are Johnson Control-Hitachi and Smartech International to bring you Hitachi chillers and other reputable brands. We have partners with cooling tower manufacturers too.
