Control Kits Available:

Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Control Kit: High TDS in condenser water can lead to corrosion, deposition of scale, and microbial growth. This system will perform a blowdown sequence to renew the condenser water to keep the TDS at the proper levels.
pH Control Kit: Alkalinity occurs naturally and increases in concentration as water evaporates. High alkalinity will cause scaling which will affect the performance of the system. High acidity will cause corrosion which shortens the lifespan of the cooling tower.  The pH Control Kit consistently measures the pH of the condenser water and provides the proper dose of alkaline or acidic solution to balance the pH of the condenser water.
Inhibitor Pump Kit: Doses the condenser water at intervals with scale and corrosion inhibitors to maintain efficiency and increase the lifespan of the cooling tower.
Biocide Pump Kit: Microorganisms and algae can grow in condenser water which is harmful to health, lowers cooling efficiency, and decreases the lifespan of the cooling tower. This system will dose the condenser water with biocide at the proper intervals to control the growth of microorganisms and algae.
Corrosion Monitoring Kit: Equipped with one corrosion rack with two test coupons (copper and mild steel) to measure the corrosion rate continuously. The result is obtained through the weight loss of the respective test coupons after they were left to stay in the corrosion rack for a period and taken out for measurement.
